About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Assistant to support the Regional Director of our South West region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the Regional Director and the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Director, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and offsites, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including tracking and reporting on key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
