Your Responsibilities:

  • Initiating and overseeing stock transactions
  • Maintaining investor records in the database
  • Processing exemption requests and certificates
  • Overseeing payment processes
  • Managing inheritance situations
  • Participating in shareholder assemblies and other relevant events
  • Assisting in capital initiatives
  • Engaging in IT project assignments
  • Updating web and intranet content
  • Preparing a variety of documentation
  • Collaborating with legal, financial, tax, accounting, treasury, and communications teams

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a legal assistant or banker
  • Preferred several years of relevant experience
  • Service-oriented approach towards investors
  • Proficient in MS-Excel and Word

  • Ability to adapt to evolving circumstances
