Your Future Role
Our traditional site has seen over 35,000 locomotives travel the globe. In addition to new construction, servicing the renowned Traxx locomotive platform is increasingly vital. Our product line in Rolling Stock & Components offers a comprehensive range of products in the rail industry, with a focus on innovative, green, and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems like batteries and hydrogen. You will report to the Site Supply Chain Director and collaborate with a passionate and skilled team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Supply Chain strategies tailored to project needs
- Ensure alignment between Supply Chain operations and project timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project deliverables
- Identify and mitigate risks within the Supply Chain process
- Manage supplier and customer relationships effectively
About You
We value enthusiasm and attitude over experience. While we do not expect you to possess every skill, the following qualifications will help you succeed in this role:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Understanding of Supply Chain processes in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in German and English
- Familiarity with supplier/customer relationship management
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic project-driven environment
