About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Supply Chain Leader to join our team at Alstom's Kassel site. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies tailored to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with project objectives
  • Ensure seamless alignment between supply chain operations and project timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes
  • Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain process
  • Manage supplier and customer relationships effectively
About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience or understanding of supply chain processes in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Familiarity with supplier/customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic project-driven setting
