**Job Summary**

Bechtle Managed Services GmbH is seeking an experienced IT Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our clients' network infrastructure and security systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and implement secure network infrastructure solutions, including proxy and identity management systems, to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our clients' data.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for network incidents, change requests, and problems, ensuring the stability and security of our clients' network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their security needs and provide expert advice on solution designs, concepts, and technical project plans.
  • Analyze and document complex system issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Develop and implement automation procedures to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors in various areas of the business.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of security and integrity in all aspects of the job.

**Requirements**

  • Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience in IP-based networks, IPAM, proxy technologies, and monitoring and reporting solutions.
  • Professional certifications in relevant areas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • High level of motivation and initiative, with a strong customer-oriented approach.
