Hardware Test Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Test Engineer to join our cross-functional product development team at Fluke Reliability. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining our Alignment and Vibration product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough functional, performance, environmental, and safety tests of new or existing products to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Collaborate with software, electronic, and mechanical engineers to ensure that products meet key validation criteria and are testable.
- Design and implement test plans and cases for type testing, ensuring they align with product requirements and project schedules.
- Develop and maintain robust automated verification systems for assigned products to ensure high test coverage.
- Work closely with IT, product management, engineering, and other impacted departments to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- 3-5 years' experience as a professional tester or developer, preferably with electronic measurement devices.
- Strong understanding of microprocessor-controlled digital and analog electronics troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of verification and validation processes, test strategies, and requirements management.
- Programming skills for test automation, with hands-on experience in Python or similar languages.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, computer science engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with continuous integration principles and optical/mechanical vibration measurement testing.
- Ability to learn new programming concepts, languages, and best practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a creative and innovative problem-solving approach.
