Wir suchen einen (Senior) Consultant Tax (m/w/d) im Bereich Lohnsteuer

Bei steuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen gehst Du die Extrameile, hast einen wachen Blick auf die relevante Gesetzgebung und begleitest das Wachstum unserer Mandantinnen und Mandanten national und international. Du zeigst Wirkung und bewegst viel.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Die Korrespondenz mit entsandten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern sowie deutschen Finanzbehörden liegt in Deiner Hand
  • Als Teil eines erfahrenen Teams berätst und betreust Du unsere Mandantinnen und Mandanten bei Fragestellungen zur Arbeitnehmerversteuerung und erstellst Richtlinien mit lohnsteuerrechtlichem Bezug, z.B. Reisekosten. Zur Vermittlung dieser Themen unterstützt Du bei Workshops und schulst unsere Mandantinnen und Mandanten vor Ort
  • Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Arbeitsrecht, Compliance und Workflowmanagement (Digitalisierung)
  • Bei Lohnsteueraußenprüfungen sowie bei Selbstanzeigen koordinierst und begleitest Du die notwendigen Schritte
  • Fallweise wirkst Du bei gutachterlichen Stellungnahmen mit

Deine Stärken:

  • Dein juristisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium hast Du erfolgreich und mit überzeugenden Noten abgeschlossen oder bist als Dipl. Finanzwirt (m/w/d) ausgebildet
  • Du strebst zukünftig Dein Berufsexamen (StB) an
  • Als kommunikativer und kreativer Teamplayer (m/w/d) hast Du Freude an der Vermittlung von steuerlichen Sachverhalten
  • Du überzeugst durch Dein souveränes Auftreten bei unseren Mandantinnen und Mandanten
  • Du gehst routiniert mit MS Office um und bringst eine IT-Affinität mit
