About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Consultant to join our Indirect Tax Services team. As a Senior Tax Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on national and international tax law matters, preparing expert opinions on tax issues related to national and international trade, and handling legal matters in forensic activities before national and European courts.
Your Responsibilities
- Advise clients on national and international tax law matters, including VAT, customs, foreign trade, export control, and excise duty law.
- Prepare expert opinions on tax issues related to national and international trade, including VAT and customs.
- Handle legal matters in forensic activities before national and European courts, including tax disputes and litigation.
- Collaborate with the team to lead and develop tax consulting services.
Your Profile
- We are looking for a Senior Tax Consultant with a degree in Business Administration or Law, focusing on corporate tax law, tax law, and preferably national and international tax law.
- You should have a minimum of two years of experience in tax consulting and expertise in tax law, particularly in VAT and customs.
