Property Manager | Real Estate Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Deutsche Hausverwaltung Plus GmbH, a leading real estate company with over 20 years of experience in managing residential and commercial properties nationwide. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality property management services with a focus on efficiency and security.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the economic maintenance and functionality of existing properties, serving as the central contact for all technical issues, and managing deficiencies and modernization measures. Additionally, they will be responsible for obtaining offers, issuing orders, monitoring and accepting technical services, contract management, and property inspections and apartment handovers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a technical or craft education/degree in real estate, experience in real estate management, and proficiency in German and English, MS Office & Domus skills, and a driver's license. You will also need to have a professional experience in property management, a meticulous work ethic, and a technical/craft background.
