Senior Operational Program Manager Procurement Development

Aufgaben

Der STRABAG-Konzern realisiert sein umfängliches Portfolio für Bau- und Baudienstleistungen zu einem großen Maß mit zugekauften Materialien und Leistungen unter Einbindung externer Lieferanten. Um die Standardisierung und Digitalisierung sowie die strategische Ausrichtung des Einkaufs zu unterstützen, wurde im Zentralbereich Innovation & Digitalisierung ein Programmrahmen geschaffen, um konkrete Werkzeuge zu entwickeln und die Strategien des Konzerns durch deren Umsetzung zu realisieren. Wir suchen nach einer Person, die verantwortlich mitwirken möchte.

Ihre Aufgaben im Einzelnen:

  • Operative Programmleitung für die Entwicklung und Einführung von Standards und Strategien im Einkauf in Zusammenarbeit mit der strategischen Programmleitung
  • Erstellung und Fortschreibung der Programmplanung sowie Durchführung der Programmsteuerung hinsichtlich des Fortschritts und der Ergebnisse
  • Coaching der Fachprojektleiter durch methodische Unterstützung und fachliche Begleitung bei Planung und Ausarbeitung der Einzelprojekte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachprojektleitern beim Monitoring, Reporting und Controlling der Meilenstein-Gates entlang der Projektphasen
  • Durchführung des Monitorings, Reportings und Controllings zu Fortschritt, Ressourcen und Budget samt Risikoanalysen in Zusammenarbeit mit Project Management Office
  • Mitwirkung bei der Aufbereitung und Veröffentlichung der Programm- und Projektergebnisse in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kommunikationsteam

Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung in technischem oder kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Programmmanagement bzw. Multi-Projektmanagement im Konzernumfeld – bestmöglich im Bereich Strategie- oder Organisationsentwicklung
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Einkauf bzw. Lieferkette wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch, Hands-On-Mentalität und Erfahrungen im agilen Kontext
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und ein konstruktiver Umgang mit Konflikten
  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
