Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist/Personalreferent to join our team at Harzkliniken Dienste GmbH. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our management team and employees on all HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for the management team and employees on all HR-related issues, including employment law, employee relations, and benefits.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and grievances.
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes to ensure the best candidates are hired for vacant positions.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, pension schemes, and other perks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files and personnel data.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other HR software.
