As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function within our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR-related activities, ensuring compliance and providing expert guidance to both management and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Advise management and staff on various HR-related issues, particularly regarding contractual matters.Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Oversee daily HR operations, focusing on the efficient creation of employment contracts.Demonstrate proficiency in HR administration, with a strong understanding of tax and social security regulations.Manage incoming correspondence and documentation effectively.Administer sick leave processes in accordance with company policies.Qualifications
A degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field with a focus on HR, or equivalent vocational training.Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements is advantageous.Excellent communication skills are essential.Proficient in IT, particularly with the MS Office suite.Ability to work independently with a structured and responsible approach.Professional engagement with both internal and external stakeholders is required.What We Offer
