Position Overview

The role of a Financial Solutions Advisor involves delivering tailored financial guidance and innovative solutions to clients, assisting them in reaching their financial aspirations. Key duties encompass evaluating client inquiries, directing referrals to relevant business partners based on individual client requirements and asset levels, conducting meetings to assess financial and investment objectives, formulating comprehensive financial plans, and suggesting brokerage offerings. This position necessitates continuous professional development through the completion of mandatory licenses and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborates with clients to establish both short-term and long-term financial objectives by devising a financial strategy utilizing brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and managed banking solutions.

• Proposes banking and investment strategies that align with the financial aspirations and needs of clients.

• Assesses client inquiries and directs them to suitable internal service providers based on their needs and asset levels.

• Identifies and mitigates risks as part of daily operations.

• Engages potential new clients through referrals or existing financial center clientele.

• Provides mentorship and constructive feedback to referral partners based on an understanding of client needs and potential product services.

Required Qualifications:


• Must possess Series 7 and 65 licenses (or Series 66). If lacking the 66, an offer may be extended contingent upon passing the required exam within 60 days.

• Minimum of one year of experience in the investment sector, including investment training and comprehensive knowledge of investment products and services.

• At least one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Desired Qualifications:


• Proficient computer skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.

• Minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment with a proven record of achieving goals.

• Attained additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).

• Possesses insurance licenses.
