Database Solutions Consultant (m/w/d)

Die PDV ist ein führender Anbieter von Softwarelösungen und Dienstleistungen im Bereich elektronische Aktenführung und Enterprise Content Management (ECM) in Deutschland. Unser Ziel ist es, die digitale Aktenverwaltung als anerkannte Praxis in öffentlichen Verwaltungen zu etablieren. Über 290 engagierte Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an verschiedenen Standorten unterstützen unsere Kunden bei der Optimierung ihrer Verwaltungsprozesse.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Als Database Solutions Consultant (m/w/d) erfasst Du die technischen Anforderungen unserer Klienten und entwickelst passende Lösungsvorschläge.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Implementierung und Planung unserer ECM-/DMS-Lösungen in die Datenbanksysteme unserer öffentlichen Auftraggeber, einschließlich Updates, Migrationen und Betrieb.
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Softwareentwicklungsabteilung führst Du Last- und Stabilitätstests unserer Produkte durch und trägst zur Optimierung der eingesetzten Hard- und Software bei.
  • Die Fehlersuche und Optimierung komplexer Datenbankstrukturen gehören ebenfalls zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast eine relevante Ausbildung oder einen Studienabschluss und bringst umfassende Erfahrung in der Datenbankadministration mit.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Betriebssystemen wie MS Windows Server oder Unix-Systemen (z.B. RedHat, Oracle).
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken (z.B. Oracle, MySQL oder PostgreSQL) sowie in der Performanceanalyse und -optimierung.
  • Ein gültiger PKW-Führerschein und die Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau) und kannst komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich darstellen.
