About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sustainability & ESG Manager to join our Sustainability team in Munich, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and expand ESG projects to achieve the company's global sustainability vision.
  • Collaborate with various functions across Europe and globally to drive sustainability initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet EU requirements on sustainability reporting (CSRD, Taxonomy).
  • Conduct benchmarks in the sustainability area, evaluate and analyze results, and identify emerging trends.
  • Proactively seek creative solutions to potential issues and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

  • University degree in sustainability, business administration, social sciences, or similar courses of study.
  • 5-6 years of experience in sustainability and ESG management, with a strong understanding of current and upcoming sustainability requirements.
  • Professional experience with sustainability reporting, reporting frameworks, and requirements.
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills, with experience in a cross-functional role.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, good comprehension, and a structured way of working.
  • Proven interdisciplinary work ability and team orientation, with a sense of responsibility and high commitment.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and English language proficiency.
