Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sustainability & ESG Manager to join our team in Munich, Germany. As a key member of our sustainability department, you will play a critical role in implementing and expanding our ESG projects to achieve our global sustainability vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ESG strategies and projects to achieve our sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe and globally to drive sustainability initiatives.
  • Implement CSRD and EU Taxonomy requirements, and other sustainability-related projects.
  • Conduct benchmarks in the sustainability area, evaluate and analyze results, and identify emerging trends.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and seek creative solutions.
  • Drive, discuss, and align on ESG projects with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Utilize creativity to advance the sustainability agenda and drive it forward.

Requirements

  • University degree in sustainability, business administration, social sciences, or similar courses of study.
  • 5-6 years of proven professional experience in sustainability and ESG management.
  • Strong understanding of current and upcoming sustainability requirements.
  • Professional experience with sustainability reporting, reporting frameworks, and requirements.
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and a structured way of working.
  • Proven interdisciplinary work ability and team orientation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
