Investment Research Associate

- Assist the investment team in conducting market analysis, assessing new investment prospects, and performing due diligence on Mid-Cap Buyout funds.
- Oversee the current global private equity portfolio, delivering investment updates and aiding in the preparation of investor reports.
- Maintain and update internal database systems to ensure accurate information flow.
- Provide ad-hoc assistance on a variety of projects and initiatives, including ESG-related tasks, annual investor meetings, and sales support.
- Strong academic background with a university degree or equivalent.
- Relevant professional experience (including internships and work-study) in alternative investments, preferably in private equity or Fund of Funds, investment banking, or transaction services.
- Proficient in both English and German (mandatory).
- Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive team player with a keen interest in learning and development.
