Solutions for a better living. The Bosch Building Technologies division is a globally recognized leader in systems, solutions, and services that enhance the safety of individuals, buildings, and assets while contributing to greater comfort, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

This division is structured into international product business and regional system integration. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems, and communication systems, along with their associated cross-functional roles, are being established as an independent entity to be further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.

  • International and Interdisciplinary Collaboration: As a Procurement Process Coordinator, you will be part of the newly established company and contribute to a globally connected team of approximately 4,300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.

  • Responsibilities: You will be accountable for the design and implementation of business and IT processes in the areas of direct and indirect procurement and materials management.
  • You will actively participate in the deployment of new procurement tools to replace central Bosch applications.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for building expertise in the relevant process areas and new applications.
  • Analyzing and optimizing processes in collaboration with the relevant departments will be part of your duties.
  • You will also serve as a point of contact for other process areas to ensure consistent integrated process and IT solutions.
  • Moreover, you will implement the design of IT solutions for the materials management and procurement process area based on SAP MM and other software tools using agile implementation methods.
  • Finally, you will take on third-level support for the process area.
Qualifications
  • Education: A completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Experience and Expertise: Extensive professional experience in the design and implementation of IT solutions in procurement and materials management; experience in business process management and solid expertise in procurement and materials management; excellent technical knowledge in SAP MM modules, including customizing and data structures; familiarity with SRM/sourcing applications or similar systems is advantageous.
  • Personality and Work Style: A structured and solution-oriented approach to work, strong analytical skills, as well as excellent communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.
  • Work Environment: Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
