We are seeking an exceptional candidate to lead our "Computational Precision Nutrition" department at the Deutsches Institut für Ernährungsforschung Potsdam-Rehbrücke (DIfE). The successful candidate will have a strong track record in data science research and a passion for applying precision medicine to nutrition research.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing personalized diets and dietary patterns for the prevention of chronic cardiometabolic diseases based on individual characteristics and preferences. They will apply and establish computational tools to integrate human and mouse data in a structured manner, using mathematical modeling and bioinformatic approaches to analyze and interpret them.

Requirements
  • PhD in a relevant field
