Our Integrationshilfen e. V. Verein für Straffälligen- und Wohnungslosenhilfe is in search of a dedicated Administrative Officer with expertise in accounting to join our team on a part-time basis (19.5 hours/week, permanent).

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing daily administrative functions and offering essential support to our social service professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain precise financial records:

Conduct account reconciliations

Oversee account management

Facilitate online banking transactions

Prepare documentation for external audits

  • Reception and communication duties:

Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately

Welcome and assist clients in a professional manner

Manage email correspondence

  • Office management tasks:

Order and manage office supplies

Coordinate with technicians and maintenance personnel

Ensure the reception area is well-maintained

  • Engage in team meetings and supervision sessions
