About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced project manager to lead our engineering projects from initial briefing to installation and commissioning of data centers. This role offers the opportunity to develop your management skills in the delivery of planning packages for small to medium-sized projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project teams in the development of multidisciplinary projects at all levels of design and construction, including testing and commissioning
- Project planning and management, as well as quality management
- Integration into an international and interdisciplinary team
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field
- 10+ years of professional experience and several years of experience as a project manager in leading multidisciplinary teams in the realization of large industrial or technology projects
- Relevant project references in national and/or international science, industry, or technology projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of building planning and sound knowledge of RIBA, HOAI, or similar standards
- Timely realization of complex projects with associated budget planning
- Strong communication skills, confident appearance, organizational, and negotiating skills
- Very good written and spoken English skills and ideally German
- Flexible working arrangements, including full or part-time models, up to 3 days a week in a home office, and up to 20 days a year working from another country
