Product Image Management Intern

Position Overview:

As a Student Assistant for Product Imagery at DocMorris, you will play a vital role in enhancing our online product presentation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Catalog Review: Conduct a thorough examination of our product image library within the online platform.
  • Image Quality Assessment: Identify items lacking adequate or high-quality visual content.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of products that require improved imagery.
  • Manufacturer Liaison: Reach out to suppliers to secure superior image assets for our offerings.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement feedback mechanisms to verify that received images align with our standards.
  • Data Management: Upload approved images into our Product Information Management System (PIM) and ensure accurate product details are maintained.
  • Task Execution: Independently and proactively manage assigned responsibilities.
  • Collaborative Support: Assist with various Product Content initiatives as necessary.
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program, ideally in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Media Studies, or a similar discipline, with a minimum of two semesters remaining.
  • Experience in E-Commerce or Content Management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Product Information Management Systems (PIM) or other Content Management Systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Excel and other Office software.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • The capability to work autonomously, proactively, and in an organized manner.
