**Your Role**
As a member of our sales team, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new customers. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, and your goal will be to understand their needs and present our software and services in a compelling way.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and qualify leads
- Establish initial contact, analyze customer needs, and present our software and services over the phone
- Arrange on-site meetings and support in their preparation
- Attend on-site meetings and trade shows
- Maintain and update customer contacts in our CRM system
**Requirements**
- A degree in a commercial or technical field
- Experience in customer acquisition, preferably in software sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, structured, and result-oriented
- Very good German language skills
