Our Team

Our Deepsea department is a dynamic group of professionals committed to exceeding customer satisfaction. As a Contract Coordinator, you will collaborate with service engineers, planners, and business development managers to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide contract support for assigned clients and monitor the delivery of parts and services as per contract.
  • Respond to clients' requests for quotation and verify if the scope of work is within the contract.
  • Send quotes to the client according to the specific agreed conditions and obtain agreement from the customer.
  • Arrange the pre-delivery of spare parts from Radio Holland Warehouses when the service delivery is outside the Radio Holland gate.
  • Work with Contract Support (Finance) to close contracts.
  • Check incoming invoices in our system (WhiteVision).
  • Maintain ship lists (vessels purchased or sold) and equipment lists (serial numbers, software versions, expiration dates) in the system.
  • Visit customers.

Requirements

  • Able to deal well with ad hoc situations and the dynamics of the maritime sector.
  • Strong in communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Service-minded and not afraid to take responsibility.

  • Experienced in a similar job +2 years (customer services and 24/7 environment).
  • At least a vocational education.
  • Fluent in both German and English (verbally and written).
