Team and Role Overview

The Regulatory Solution Strategy team is responsible for driving business growth through strategic initiatives and partnerships with stakeholders across the organization. As a Senior Pre-Sales Specialist, you will work closely with the Client Relationship Executive to lead business, contractual, and commercial engagements with customers. This role requires coordination with Sales, Account Management, and Product Management teams, as well as third-party partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clarify and document customer requirements
  • Design and deliver technical solutions
  • Present technical solutions to customers
  • Deliver Proof of Concept (POC) projects, including development and integration work
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and RFP/RFI responses
  • Act as a customer advocate to the business and product teams
  • Manage change control and scope creep
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven industry experience in pre-sales functions
  • Domain expertise in financial solutions and technical background
  • Strong financial markets knowledge and understanding of market participants
  • Experience engaging with business, technical, and operations stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to organize and execute pre-sales plans

Technical/Functional Skills

  • Mid-level SQL skills
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledge of statistical languages (R/Python) is a plus
  • Knowledge of financial regulatory reporting or trade reporting is a strong plus
