Als engagierter SAP-Experte mit einem Fokus auf Innovation und Kundenservice sind Sie in der Lage, die Bedürfnisse unserer Klienten zu erkennen und maßgeschneiderte SAP-Lösungen zu entwickeln. In der Funktion als Solution Architect werden Sie eine zentrale Rolle spielen, indem Sie eng mit unseren Kunden zusammenarbeiten, um deren geschäftliche Anforderungen zu analysieren und individuelle SAP-Lösungen zu gestalten. Ihre Fachkenntnisse sind entscheidend, um kreative Ansätze zu finden, wie SAP-Technologien die Geschäftsabläufe unserer Kunden optimieren können.

In unserem Team werden Sie nicht nur die geeigneten Lösungen konzipieren, sondern auch als Berater fungieren, der die Kunden durch den gesamten Prozess begleitet. Ihre Fähigkeit, komplexe Herausforderungen zu bewältigen, klare Empfehlungen zu geben und eng mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu kooperieren, wird von großer Bedeutung sein.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von SAP S/4HANA-Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden
  • Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten zur Optimierung von End-to-End-Prozessen
  • Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen und Präsentationen für Kunden und Interessenten
  • Präsentation von Ergebnissen, Konzepten und Architekturen auf Management-Ebene
  • Aktive Mitwirkung im PreSales-Prozess zur Entwicklung von Lösungen
  • Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen und Erstellung von Aufwandsschätzungen basierend auf den fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen
  • Strategische Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Planung und Umsetzung von SAP S/4 Transformationsprojekten
  • Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zur Erweiterung des S/4 Transformationsgeschäfts
  • Weiterentwicklung der S/4HANA Transformationsorganisation (personell und thematisch)
Ihr Profil
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als SAP Berater oder Solution Architect, idealerweise im Umfeld von SAP S/4HANA
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen in SAP-Systemen
  • Hands-On Mentalität
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von SAP-Lösungen sowie in der Prozessberatung
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge im Presales-Bereich
  • Erfahrung in S/4 Transformationsprojekten und strategischer Beratung
  • Kenntnisse in SAP S/4 Cloud und umfassendes Verständnis von End-to-End-Prozessen
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise SAP S/4 Zertifizierungen
