About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to join our team as the Head of Customer Service. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals in Germany and Austria, overseeing the development and implementation of customer service strategies, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of customer service professionals in Germany and Austria, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and quality management, to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of customer service processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sentiment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and manage customer service metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that customer service goals are met and exceeded.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of customer service professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and sentiment and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
