About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test and Commissioning Leader to join our team at Alstom's DACH regional headquarters in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the test, verification, and delivery of signaling subsystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute test and commissioning activities for signaling subsystems.
- Verify compliance of signaling systems with system specification documents and contractual requirements.
- Develop and maintain test procedures for signaling subsystems.
- Interface with engineering and verification teams to optimize site tests and share resources.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
- Represent the team in technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering (electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience.
- Multiple years of experience in test and commissioning or verification activities for signaling projects.
- Deep knowledge of signaling subsystems and their interfaces.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of German and English language (read, written, spoken).
