Operations Manager, Berlin

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our market operations in London, ensuring that our fleet is optimized and our customers have a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement market strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory management and supply chain logistics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance
- Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high performance
- Represent Lime in partnership with our Government Relations team, meeting with local officials and stakeholders to ensure compliance and build relationships
- Drive safety initiatives to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- 4+ years of experience in operations, consulting, engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated background in driving operational excellence and executing market strategies
- Knowledge of how a P&L functions and ability to understand metrics and KPIs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior-level stakeholders
- Relentlessly curious and detail-oriented, with a focus on process improvement and self-motivation
