About the Role


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to support our Legal and Compliance team in all organizational and administrative tasks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the team's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records. You will also provide administrative support for our legal and compliance software, including e-learning platforms and contract management systems.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative support to the Legal and Compliance team, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of our legal and compliance software, including e-learning platforms and contract management systems.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with reporting and compliance-related tasks, including data analysis and documentation.
  • Support the Board Office in coordinating meeting schedules for the Board of Directors and its committees.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or law.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a strong command of German.
