Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Lead (f/m/d) for full-time employment in our Munich office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and drive complex scientific and engineering initiatives.
  • Identify challenges and propose effective solutions while guiding and motivating project team members.
  • Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule.
  • Document and communicate project outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders, including management, funding bodies, and the public.
  • Articulate and embody our vision in an inspiring and engaging manner.
  • Facilitate the communication and dissemination of project findings.
Qualifications
  • Possess a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline such as physics, engineering, or a related field with expertise in low-temperature technology.
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical challenges and a passion for exploring diverse technical domains.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management with a proven track record of leading teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the capability to work autonomously and take charge of projects.
  • Strong initiative and the ability to independently organize, prioritize, and complete tasks.
