Project Manager/Leader Aeronautics Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage multidisciplinary project teams to develop, build, and test electronic units for satellites.
  • Interface with project teams and customers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Plan and coordinate design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and qualification activities.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead regular project team meetings to define objectives and target achievements.
  • Organize and conduct design and project reviews with internal and external customers.
  • Provide regular project status reports to company management.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
  • Write proposals and lead proposal teams for future projects.

**Requirements**

  • Hold an academic degree in a technical discipline, such as electronics, industrial engineering, or aerospace engineering.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Have practical experience in managing development projects, preferably in the space industry.
  • Have a basic understanding of electronics and electronic design automation software.
  • possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluently speak English and have good German language skills.
