Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at ZARA. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that the store is fully stocked and that inventory is turned over efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
