Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store activities and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to create an engaging and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Coordinate daily business operations in conjunction with the Store Manager.
  • Maintain a focus on overall store performance and profitability.
  • Provide support to the Store Manager and contribute to the team's success.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • A good completed commercial education.
  • Strong numerical skills and good commercial behavior/thinking.
  • A passion for fashion and an eye for trends.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package.
