At Adjust, we're on a mission to revolutionize the ad-tech industry with innovative solutions. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned product designer with a passion for complex problems and a knack for simplifying user experiences. Your expertise will help us build and improve our products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our global audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design projects across the product lifecycle, setting the vision for user experience and fostering collaboration with the team.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to define problems, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new features.
  • Design effective flows and interactions for a global audience, ensuring our products are intuitive and engaging.
  • Develop and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across our products.
  • Monitor analytics to ensure our solutions are effective and make data-driven design decisions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Autonomy and ownership of your work, with a focus on detail and quality.
  • Experience with Figma and Miro, as well as collaboration with PMs, developers, designers, and other team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
