Aufgabengebiet
• Verantwortung für die Akquisition und das Management von Kundenprojekten in Europa
• Zentrale/r Ansprechpartner/in für Entscheidungsträger und Stakeholder von Mercedes-Benz, um Strategien und Ziele zu ermitteln
• Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen zur Verbesserung der Marktpositionierung und zur Erschließung neuer Geschäftsfelder
• Aufbau und Pflege eines vertrauensvollen Verhältnisses sowie Akzeptanz als Hauptverhandlungspartner
• Entwicklung, Implementierung, Evaluierung und Optimierung von Vertriebsstrategien
• Identifikation, Koordination und Kommunikation wesentlicher Verkaufschancen
• Leitung des Bid Managements und der kommerziellen Verhandlungen
• Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
Anforderungsprofil
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder in der Betriebswirtschaft
• Langjährige Erfahrung in der Automobil- oder Zulieferindustrie
• Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse und ein starkes Netzwerk innerhalb der Mercedes-Benz Gruppe
• Nachweisbare Vertriebserfahrung, hohe organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Bereitschaft zu Reisen innerhalb Europas
