Job Description

Mercedes-Benz is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Management team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of customer management strategies, as well as supporting the European markets with CRM measures and standard processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and organization of meetings and workshops
  • Support the European markets with CRM measures, standard processes, and their systematical implementation
  • Support the CRM system implementation based on the European markets requirements
  • Project management tasks: Assist in the planning and organization of meetings and workshops
  • Project cost controlling and risk management
  • Collaboration with other departments (e.g. Financial Services, After-Sales, IT, Marketing, Vans, Legal, etc.)
  • Taking care of the project related communication platforms (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint)
  • Research of CRM trends and competition activities
Requirements:
  • Working towards a Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar Degrees, ideally with focus on Marketing
  • Good knowledge of German and English (written / spoken), other European language as an asset
  • Ideally previous relevant experience in Marketing / Sales / Customer Management
  • Team player, good analytical skills, structured, flexible, communicative, proactive, responsible accurate person with intercultural competencies
