We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team at AB Enzymes. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal and external communications strategies that align with our company's growth ambitions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage engaging content for various channels, including the intranet, newsletters, emails, and events, to communicate our company's vision and values to internal stakeholders.
- Manage our corporate identity and develop branded materials, such as flyers, image videos, and promotional items, to reinforce our brand message.
- Support content stakeholders across regions and departments, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines and strategy.
- Translate our sustainability initiatives into impactful narratives and plan, create, and implement sustainability communication actions to promote our company's commitment to sustainability.
- Develop and maintain our employer branding presence on social media and the company website, working closely with HR to create strong editorial and creative content that showcases our company as an authentic and attractive employer.
- Coordinate communication activities and manage content approvals to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, including internal departments and agencies, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
About You
- Bachelor's or master's degree in communication, journalism, PR, marketing, or a comparable field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in corporate communications or a related field, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Strong creative abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in storytelling and copywriting.
- Creative mindset with an eye for composition and design, coupled with proficiency in simplifying complex ideas into clear messages and stories.
- Highly communicative, skilled at networking, and possessing strong team player capabilities.
- Structured, goal-oriented way of working.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, with beneficial experience in other creative software.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with additional languages being an advantage.
- Additional training in sustainability is beneficial.
