About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team at AB Enzymes. This role involves developing and implementing effective internal and external communications strategies to support our business growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage engaging content for internal communications channels, including the intranet, newsletters, and emails.
- Manage our corporate identity and develop branded materials, such as flyers, image videos, and promotional items.
- Support content stakeholders across regions and departments, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and our strategy.
- Translate sustainability initiatives into impactful narratives and plan, create, and implement sustainability communication actions.
- Develop and maintain our employer branding presence on social media and the company website, creating strong editorial and creative content to strengthen our employer brand.
- Coordinate communication activities and manage content approvals to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, including internal departments and agencies.
About You
- Bachelor's or master's degree in communication, journalism, PR, marketing, or a comparable field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in corporate communications or a related field, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Strong creative abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in storytelling and copywriting.
- Creative mindset with an eye for composition and design, coupled with proficiency in simplifying complex ideas into clear messages and stories.
- Highly communicative, skilled at networking, and possessing strong team player capabilities.
- Structured, goal-oriented way of working.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, with beneficial experience in other creative software.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with additional languages being an advantage.
- Additional training in sustainability is beneficial.
