Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Backend Software Engineer to join our team.

As a Staff Backend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying, releasing, and monitoring our software applications.

You will work closely with our product teams to understand their challenges and help them achieve efficiency.

You will also be responsible for researching and engineering approaches to improve developer satisfaction and increase developer velocity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality software applications using our technology stack.
  • Work closely with product teams to understand their challenges and help them achieve efficiency.
  • Research and engineer approaches to improve developer satisfaction and increase developer velocity.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, guidelines, and standards.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend development.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
