Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Steuerberater, der unsere nationalen und internationalen Mandanten bei der steuerlichen Optimierung von Übernahmen, Reorganisationen, Fusionen oder Joint Ventures unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung in Teams mit erfahrenen Steuerberatern und Rechtsanwälten übernehmen
  • Steuerliche Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten bei Konzernstrukturen, M&A-Transaktionen, Umwandlungen und Finanzierungen konzipieren und beurteilen
  • Nationale und internationale Mandanten bei Kauf und Verkauf von Unternehmen oder Unternehmensteilen beraten
  • Börsengänge, Carve Outs, Joint Ventures, Fusionen und Reorganisationen unterstützen
Dein Profil
  • Senior Consultant (w/m/d) im Bereich International Transaction Tax
  • Mindestens zwei bis drei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
