Project Manager: Construction Phase

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our construction projects in the field of renewable energy.

  • Overall responsibility for all ongoing and upcoming projects post approval, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Early assessment of regulatory implications on the construction phase and optimization of contracts to minimize risks.
  • Coordination of all projects post approval, including trade coordination and project implementation.
  • Development of decommissioning concepts in collaboration with departments to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Ensuring processes are aligned with the Stage Gate methodology to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Regular project meetings with relevant departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Budget and construction time responsibility, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Transfer of projects to operations post acceptance, ensuring a smooth handover.

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in engineering or technology, or equivalent qualification.
  • Deep knowledge of construction processes in wind energy, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Extensive experience in multiproject management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Understanding of commercial and legal issues, with the ability to navigate complex contracts and agreements.
  • Basic MS-Office knowledge, with proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Very good German and good English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Structured and organized way of working, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Willingness to travel, with a valid driver's license Class B.
