Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at ELOMECH Elektroanlagen GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate electrical projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Supervise and train electrical installation teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in electrical project management, with a strong background in electrical engineering and installation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, with experience in electrical design and installation
