The Digital Solutions Development Manager will take a proactive approach in managing deals within a designated portfolio and collaborate closely with our sales teams to drive digital sales. You will be expected to identify opportunities proactively, upsell and cross-sell digital solutions, and oversee the complete sales cycle management along with the overall customer relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with Iron Mountain sales teams to support all phases of the deal lifecycle, including pipeline development, account strategy, and maximizing the value proposition of our digital offerings.
  • Evaluate customers' current and future digital needs to effectively position, expand, and upsell opportunities for our digital services.
  • Formulate and execute strategies and business plans by understanding the customer's business model and unique value proposition in the market.
  • Coordinate all deal logistics and approvals across various departments from deal qualification to final agreement.
  • Utilize effective storytelling techniques, employing both qualitative and quantitative analyses to translate customer requirements into comprehensive solutions.
  • Work alongside technical Solution Architects to qualify and position Iron Mountain's digital solutions by assessing customer challenges and highlighting our strengths and competitive advantages.
  • Maximize deal profitability by leading negotiations and ensuring timely and acceptable outcomes.
  • Possess a successful track record of influencing RFP development to position our solutions favorably, along with strong proposal writing skills to lead response teams when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A strong background in enterprise-level digital transformation solutions, including digitization services, intelligent document processing, automation, cloud migration, information governance, content service platforms, AI/ML modeling, strategic account management, and solution selling.
  • A proven history of meeting or exceeding multimillion-dollar quotas in large, complex service organizations.
  • The ability to translate customer needs into solution requirements by crafting compelling value propositions.
  • A passion for problem-solving and data-driven analysis to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, aligning insights with key customer priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, along with a deep understanding of strategic selling methodologies.
  • A customer-centric and growth-oriented mindset, consistently seeking ways to assist clients in achieving their transformational goals.
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, analytical skills, and business acumen for effective decision-making.
