About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Manager to join our team in Berlin. As a Solution Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of digital transformation solutions for our public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor market, legislative, and competitive activities and derive appropriate measures for strategic business development
  • Conduct analyses of market trends, growth potential, and key performance indicators for project, product, and service development
  • Advise public sector clients on the conception, planning, and implementation of digital transformation projects
  • Develop complex solution concepts for agile digital transformation projects and translate them into performance descriptions with reference to EVB-IT contracts
  • Plan, analyze, document, coordinate, and manage requirements in software and IT projects
  • Support the development of new applications or the updating of existing systems from idea to implementation

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in business administration, public administration, computer science, or equivalent qualification with a technical focus
  • Market knowledge in the field of public sector digitalization
  • Experience in strategic business development in the project or product context
  • (Relevant) professional experience as a consultant, requirements engineer, business analyst, product owner, or in a comparable position
  • (Several years) of practical experience in agile software projects and very good knowledge of modern frameworks such as Scrum, IREB, Design Thinking
  • Experience in the contract area, such as creating performance descriptions, optionally experience with EVB-IT contracts
  • Interest in socially relevant topics such as e-government and enthusiasm for agile software development, as well as initiative combined with entrepreneurial action
