Lead Engineer for Security Certification

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the security certification of both hardware and software products recognized on a global scale.
  • Collaborating within cross-functional teams to gather security-specific data for the development of certification documentation.
  • Facilitating and supporting external security evaluations.
  • Grasping security concepts and mechanisms across product lines to lead technical discussions with evaluators and regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinating and conducting joint audits with external evaluation laboratories and authorities.
  • Assisting clients and evaluation laboratories in their certification endeavors.

You possess the ability to understand intricate subjects and synthesize them into a cohesive overview, utilizing your strong technical and analytical skills. Your open-mindedness and excellent communication abilities enable you to engage in discussions about processes and optimize them effectively. With these attributes, you are well-equipped to inspire others towards achieving shared objectives.

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • An engineering degree in software development, microelectronics, or a related technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience with microcontrollers or in security certifications.
  • Fundamental knowledge of security products.
  • Familiarity with certification processes (such as Common Criteria, EMVCo, FIPS) or other approval schemes is advantageous.
  • Proficient English language skills in both verbal and written forms.
