About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Economy Manager to join our team at Lilly. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of our healthcare products within the German healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize market access for our healthcare products, including epidemiology and cost-effectiveness analyses.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and develop effective solutions to address market access challenges.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop recommendations for business development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and policymakers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare policy and market access, and apply this knowledge to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare economics, epidemiology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in market access and healthcare policy, with a strong understanding of the German healthcare system.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
