- Übernahme der Verantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Evaluation der zugeordneten Business-Services, einschließlich der Nutzung, Interaktionspunkte und Zielverwirklichung.
- Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Releases sowie Tests gemäß modernster IT-Standards.
- Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen und Entwicklung von Lösungen zur Optimierung unter Einsatz spezifischer Fachkenntnisse.
- 2nd-Level-Support und Schnittstellenbetreuung zu Umsystemen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den IT-Betriebs- und Fachabteilungen.
- Beauftragung und Steuerung externer Dienstleister für Wartungs- und Weiterentwicklungsmaßnahmen, einschließlich der Qualitätskontrolle der Ergebnisse.
- Erstellung von Budgetplanungen und Überwachung der Budgetverwendung sowie der Zielerreichung.
- Mitwirkung und Teilprojektleitung in Projekten zur Einführung oder Weiterentwicklung von Services.
- Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Durchführung von Wartungs- und Update-Maßnahmen.
- Beauftragung und Überwachung von Systementwicklungen unter Koordination externer Dienstleister und interner Stakeholder.
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Anwendungen und Systemen.
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Dienstleistungen.
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
- Kenntnisse der relevanten Business-Service/SAP-Module.
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von IT-Infrastrukturen.
- Gutes Verständnis für regulierte Umgebungen und Compliance-Anforderungen.
