Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Vehicle Optronics to join our team at the Oberkochen site.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the acquisition of projects and develop concepts, specifications, and offers.
- Support customers in creating system requirements and implement international projects within the agreed time, cost, and performance framework.
- Carry out systematic project planning and project tracking, leading project teams and managing subcontractors.
- Cooperate with internal and external partners and customers, implementing presentations within the HENSOLDT-Group and externally to customers and suppliers.
- Prepare corresponding reports and be willing to travel nationally and internationally.
Requirements
- Completed studies in optronics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in managing and processing projects, including experience in leading project teams.
- Good PC skills (MS Office, SAP R3) and in-depth knowledge of SPz PUMA and/or KPz LEOPARD.
- Planning skills, confident demeanor, and ability to work in a team, with a results-oriented, structured, and cooperative way of working.
- High degree of flexibility and very good knowledge of German and English.
