Committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and risk management, the organization is in search of a proficient and seasoned Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager to become part of its vibrant team.

Job Overview
  • Advise managers and personnel to maintain elevated standards in quality, risk, and compliance throughout the organization.
  • Develop and oversee systems to fulfill all legislative, regulatory, and contractual requirements, with an emphasis on VET standards and Skills First Funding.
  • Conduct internal and external compliance audits, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations.
  • Offer expert guidance on best practices and quality enhancement tailored to the organization's objectives.
  • Mentor and lead the Compliance team to establish robust controls and mitigate non-compliance risks.
  • Assist in the integration of innovative compliance systems that resonate with the organization's values and regulatory mandates.
  • Foster the team's capabilities to proficiently manage compliance across the organization.
  • Actively monitor and report on compliance controls, ensuring ongoing improvement.
  • Guarantee precise and timely government reporting.
  • Contribute significantly to strategic planning, business forecasting, and budgeting initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, adept at influencing and engaging stakeholders.
  • Background in managing compliance and quality assurance within vocational education is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and compliance, particularly with AQTF, AQF, and Skills Funding contracts is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and engage in quality and regulatory audits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems in large training organizations.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Effective team leadership in a multicultural setting, focusing on enhancing team capacity.
  • Independent, innovative leadership with a proven record of implementing new service strategies.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with diverse individuals, both internally and externally.
